2026 Take The Leap Camp
The 2026 Rockford Elite Basketball Take the Leap Summer Basketball Academy runs July 13-17, 2026 at Boylan High School's Lou Bachrodt Center, 4000 St Francis Dr, Rockford, IL 61103!
Camp is 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m., and will include a variety of skill training, competitions, film study, fun, and games!
Camp to be led by Rockford Elite Staff, Players and camp director and former NBA player, Coach Ashraf Amaya!
This is for boys and girls players entering grades 3-8 for the 26-27 school year! Campers should bring their own basketball, lunch and plenty of water daily.

Take the Leap Basketball Camp
Take the Leap Summer Camp is a full week of comprehensive basketball instruction focusing on fundamentals, competitive scenarios, and building both an understanding and love for the game.
It will be led by Rockford Elite partner and former NBA player Ashraf Amaya and supported by former Rockford Elite athletes currently playing in high school and college.
