Rock the Court Workouts

It's time to Rock the Court at Rock Church!: 6732 Harrison Ave, Rockford, IL, 61008.

Join Coach Mateo Monday and/or Tuesday evenings in July for intense, game-like workouts adapted to players of different age and ability levels. Players will gain knowledge and confidence in their ball-handling, footwork, passing, shooting, and scoring ability at the rim.

Only 15 spots per session. See you in the gym soon!

6:00-7:15 p.m. for Middle School & younger

7:30-8:45 for High School & older
